ABOUT US

Yorkshire Fine Arts Ltd is a small family business based in Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and the service we provide. We offer a complete foundry service from bespoke design, sculpture, through to bronze casting. All stages of the work are completed in-house by ourselves, which also allows us to finish projects within reasonable timescales. We are able to undertake both small and large scale projects.

We have worked on many projects with large companies / galleries over the years including Halcyon Gallery, T Rowe Price, Land Rover Cars, Harrods to name a few. We work closely with Carrs Silverware and Harrods designing bespoke items for the Middle East and other high end clients. These pieces can be a combination of bronze, gold and silver.

We undertake private & public commissions, working with clients worldwide. We like to work closely with our customers to ensure that their commission is exactly to their requirements. An example of this was working closely with the 5 families and the RFL for the Wembley Stadium statue, one of our numerous public commissions. Another way like to help is with ideas and concepts for fundraising for large projects and charities.

We have worked alongside several companies when required by certain projects. These have included sheet metal workers, 3D design companies and rapid prototyping. Yorkshire Fine Arts has invested in cutting edge technology both in 3D scanning and printing, this allows us to enhance our work, develop new ideas and create innovative designs for both our business and our clientele.

We have gained a lot of knowledge and experience over many years. Our journey started when Steve obtained a diploma in bronze casting at The Yorkshire Craft Centre, Bradford University. This course taught about ceramics and casting and gave us a good base to start casting ourselves. The rest is history as they say.

A sculptor is a person obsessed with the form and
shape of things. There is no substitute for feeling
the materials in your hand; to feel its weight; to feel
its texture; to struggle with it in the world rather than
in the mind alone.

We pride ourselves on fine craftsmanship,
with every piece being hand worked to produce
beautiful authentic works.
